The City has also approved several additional projects that will provide deed-restricted affordable housing units. The Riverhouse Hotel project, which is currently under construction, will add 9 extremely low-income units. The Wyoming Heights and Amare Apartments projects, which have not yet secured building permits, will add 8 and 9 low-income units, respectively.
