PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST

The City uses an online portal, called NextRequest, that allows members of the public to submit requests for City records. The portal is designed to automatically route requests to City staff and allows for the release of records to individuals or the public at large.

To submit a public records request, access the NextRequest portal linked below and select the "Make Request" option. Complete the form fields and click submit!

NEW - Training Records

Per SB827, specific training records can be requested by the public. To request said records, members of the public can submit a public records request via NextRequest. For assistance or questions regarding this process, please contact the City Clerk's Office at (925) 372-2512.
