Measure D – the Martinez Road Improvement and Maintenance Measure that Martinez voters approved in November 2016, went into effect on April 1, 2017. The City began receiving Measure D payments from the State in late June 2017 and is now programming approximately $4M in Measure D funds toward pavement improvements and base failure repair work which will start this fall!
