Staying active is beneficial at any age, as it improves mood and helps to maintain cognitive functioning in older people.  According to National Institute on Aging, seniors need both simple exercises and activities that can raise their heart rate.  Exercise alone can prevent or treat a number of diseases; including heart disease and diabetes, and helps seniors maintain a healthy, independent lifestyle as they age.

Activities: Daily, weekly and monthly activities keep our seniors busy.  Activities include Bingo, Crafts, Quilting, Painting, Duplicated Bridge, Poker Club, Ukulele, Beading Mah Jongg, Sewing and Serging.  For more information please check out our monthly bulletin.

Health and Wellness:  Daily fee based exercise classes are offered to participants to promote a healthy lifestyle in a familiar enviorment.  Classes offered consist of Line Dancing, Jazzercise, Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, Walk and Talk and much more.  For more information please check out our monthly bulletin.
