Check out our Parks for rental rates and to see if there are any that meet the needs of your next picnic. Each picnic rental includes a permit, permit reservation sign and are reserved from 8:00 am – dusk. Those renting are responsible for maintaining no more than the maximum number of people permitted in the rental space and the cleanliness of the space. Otherwise, any deposits will be forfeited.
Reservations for picnics open February 14, 2019 (In-person) for Martinez Residents and March 1, 2019 for Non-Residents. Tables are available for reservation from April 27 – October 27, 2019.
To reserve, rentals can be made in person or over the phone (no online rentals are available). An in-person pick-up of the permit and permit reservation sign is required to finalize rental.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made two weeks or more prior to the event date will be assessed a fee of $10.00. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will forfeit all fees.
We have buildings at our parks available for indoor/outdoor meetings and events. The following are available to rent on an hourly basis:
• Nancy Boyd – Multi-use facility with a Ballfield, basketball court, three lighted tennis courts, playground area, picnic areas and restrooms.
• Golden Hills - Two lighted tennis courts, multi-use facility, restroom, playground area, basketball court and picnic area. (Under construction Spring-Summer 2018- Completion TBA)
• Rankin Park – Concession building, swimming and diving complex, picnic areas, lighted softball field, restroom, playground area and gazebo.
• Library – Meeting Room available for approved organizations. See Library and Community Meeting Room Policy and Procedures for more information.
