  • CITY PARK USE: The latest Contra Costa County Health Ordercontinues to permit use of recreational facilities such as playgrounds, tennis courts and skate parks but also maintains the following restrictions:
    • Not Allowed: Use of recreational areas with high touch equipment or group gatherings, such as, indoor gyms, fitness centers, running groups, recreational team sports (baseball, basketball, soccer, football, etc.) and indoor sports. Participation in public or private gatherings of any size with persons of multiple households.
    • Allowed: Picnic areas and barbecue areas used by same households, living units or social bubbles. Sports or activities that use shared equipment with members of your own household or living unit. Passive Recreation activities such as walking, jogging, biking, and relaxing- are encouraged while maintaining 6 feet. Outdoor fitness classes.
