Water Service & Billing

The City of Martinez owns and operates its own water treatment plant, providing reliable water service to more than 10,000 customers throughout the community.

Billing Schedule

  • Residential customers: Billed every two months. Bills are issued on the 12th, 19th, or 26th of each month.
  • Commercial customers (large meters): Billed monthly

Please have your account number (6 digits) and customer ID (5 digits) to look up your account,, these numbers can be found on your bill.
