The City of Martinez has released a Request for Qualifications and Conceptual Proposals (RFQ/P) seeking an experienced development team to rehabilitate and activate the historic Old Train Depot at 401 Marina Vista Avenue in a way that preserves its character while supporting economic vitality in Downtown Martinez.
