• Junk, trash & debris on private properties
• Peeling paint, cracked or broken stucco
• Broken, cracked or missing windows or doors
• Roofs missing shingles, tiles, or other materials
• Unsecured and abandoned swimming pools
• Trash bins blocking the sidewalk/street, or placed on the sidewalk/street past pickup
• Graffiti on private properties
• Overgrown, dead, decayed or diseased vegetation on private properties
• Abandoned or broken appliances, equipment or neglected machinery

 We Do Not Enforce The Following:

• Property line disputes
• Good Neighbor fence repair and replacement disagreements
• Neighborhood disputes and/or conflicts
• Restaurant and/or food violations
• Parking on public roadways
• Trespassing and/or loitering
