Senior Center is Closed [12/31/2007] The Senior Center is closed during business hours. The Center is having the New Years Gala at 6 p.m. Call the center at 925-370-8770 for information.

New Year's Eve Gala [12/31/2007] Join the Senior Center and ring in "2008". The evening will start with a social hour at 6 p.m., dinner at 7 p.m. This is a great way to see in the New Year. Only 50 tickets will be sold. Cost is $15 for members and $17 for non-members. Deadline to purshase is Friday, December 21. Call the Senior Center 925-372-8770. This is a very popular event!!

FIRST NIGHT 2004 [12/31/2003] Discover First Night® MartinezCreated in Boston in 1976, First Night is now celebrated in about 150 cities throughout the United States and Canada. First Night brings together families and people of all ages to experience the widest possible variety of performing arts in an alcohol-free setting. First Night is a community celebration of the New Year through the arts. It is a major visual and performing arts festival created by and for the community to welcome the New Year.
