NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Martinez will hold a Public Hearing in accordance with the Martinez Municipal Code, California Environmental Quality Act, and/or Government Code and Streets and Highways Code:

An ordinance of the City Council of the City of Martinez amending Title 8, Health and Safety, Chapter 8.13 (View and Sunlight Preservation), to amend Sections 8.13.020, 8.13.030, 8.13.040, 8.13.050, 8.13.060 to clarify provisions relating to the applicability, intent and process and finding that the adoption of the ordinance is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).
