Youth & Adult Sports

Martinez Recreation Division offers adult competitive leagues, after school recreational sports for youth, pre-school sports, instructional summer camps and classes. 

Permits for ball field use are issued seasonally through recreation services.

Community and business sponsors are welcome to support the positive development of our youth and to help expand our programs. Contact us for more information on how you can participate

SUMMER 2019- Adult Softball League *NOW AVAILABLE*
 Location:

Joe DiMaggio Fields

 Leagues:

Co-Ed Just for Fun League (Tuesday nights)

Men's E League (Wednesday nights)

  Dates:

Coed League: May 7- July 23 (12 weeks)

Men's E League:  May 8- August 7 (12 weeks)

Managers Meeting Thursday, May 2

 Game Times:

6:10pm, 7:15pm and 8:20pm

 Cost:

Men's E: $884 per team + $12 per each non-resident (max # of non res players charged is 9)

Coed League: $811 per team + $12 per each non-resident (max # of non res players charged is 9)

CHURCH LEAGUE 2019 
 Dates: May 6- August 24

Plays USSSA rules and in managed by Bill Francis at Morello Hills Christian Church.  Season begins  Monday, May 6 and ends August 24 with a tournament. For more information, about Church League Softball, please contact Bill Francis at bfmhcc@juno.com

 Days, dates, and location will be announced in January. This is a seven (7) game season (starting after Labor Day).


SPRING 2019- Adult Softball League  (Not Available)
 Location:

Tavan Field at Rankin Park

 Leagues:

Men's Single Wall E- League

 Dates: Fridays, March 8- April 19 (7 weeks)
 Game Times:

6:10pm, 7:15pm and 8:20pm

 Cost:

$545 per team + $7 per each non-resident (up to 9 players)

Only 6 teams will be allowed to participate.
