As a customer of Pleasant Hill Bayshore Disposal (PHBD), residents get to decide when they need a special cleanup. Residents call PHBD the day before their next regular collection day. This service entitles the resident to place, without charge, an additional 2 cubic yards (about fourteen 32 gallon bags) of refuse with the regular garbage. Residents can do this 2 times per year.
